We are inviting you to participate in an Institutional Review Board approved research study investigating your experience teaching physical education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants will be asked to complete a brief survey via QuestionPro (see the link below) that will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be coded to ensure anonymity and safely protected. At the end of the survey, there is an option to participate in a short interview at a later date. If you are interested in participating, please check the box at the end of the survey and include your email address. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
