Eligibility
This certificate program is for animal-related professionals who have some form of health related state registration or license (DVM, LVT, etc)
If one does not have a state registration or license, they may apply for the certificate if they meet one of the two criteria below. These applicants will need to have 2 letters of recommendation sent on their behalf on top of the standard application materials.
-Animal related professional who has an associate or bachelor degree in any field AND has been in animal related field 5+ years-Animal related professional with a bachelor degree in animal related field AND has been in animal related field 2+ years

Letter of Intent
Resume or CV
Professional License Number (If applicable)
Academic Transcripts
2 Letters of Recommendation (Required if you are not a DVM or Licensed Veterinary Technician)

Letter of Intent:
This should include answers to the following questions:
1. What has led you here to the point of applying to the Veterinary Human Support Certificate?      
2. What do you hope to gain from completing the Veterinary Human Support Certificate Program?     
3. What is your vision or goal?
This should be completed in 1000 words or less.

Transcripts:
If you have a copy of your transcripts, they can be uploaded here. If the university will be sending them on your behalf, use the email or address below.
