QEP Implementation Committee Membership Request

Thank you for your interest in participating in our QEP implementation committees!

As a reminder, QEP = Quality Enhancement Plan, an opportunity to enhance our courses and campus activities with a topic judged by the campus to be of importance to our mission. The selected topic is the social determinants of health. This project is titled Community Engaged Care

As a campus community we are moving further into the process of developing a proposal and curriculum to assure we will be successful in educating our students and ourselves as to what the social determinants of health are and how we might recognize and affect them. This work is anticipated to be a thoughtful journey and will encompass all the aspects of developing and sharing our message.

We are very excited to be making so much progress on this project, and thanks to the hard work of our planning committees, we are ready to begin piloting a sample of our activities while we continue to think about and work on other elements that will help us to tie it all together. This work will be completed through QEP implementation committees. We hope that you will join us on these implementation committees.
