Please use this form to begin either the new academic program proposal or existing program modification process. Due to changes in THEC requirements, all stakeholders including program faculty or sponsor, OPEIR, and the Registrar will need to work together closely.
Once this form has been submitted, please contact Jenny McFerron from OPEIR (
[email protected]) within one week to schedule a meeting. During this meeting, the program representative, OPEIR representative, and Registrar representative will flush out ideas, discuss upcoming next steps and timelines, and determine what data is necessary to support the proposed program.
